on the desk of every MP

If you have read any of my ramblings before you will know that I am a fan of science, rationality, and evidence based decision making. So it will come as no surprise that I have become a great fan of Mark Henderson's brilliant book "The Geek Manifesto".
While reading it I had the thought that is should be required reading for every MP. Well I can't make people read a book but maybe there's a way to, at least, make them very aware of it.
I want your help to buy 650 copies of the book and put one on the desk of every MP. I have set up a site on PledgeBank where you can promise to do just that.
Here is just one quote from the book which says, better than I can, why it is important.
